(MDM) Finds Record of Compliance at R3Technologies (R3) Langhorne PA --- Court documents, civil action discovery and accredited test reports confirm that R3 was in full compliance with the PADEP Plan Approval during the time of MDM's association. In 1993 MDM formed a new company and filed an application to PADEP for a Plan Approval and Permit to Construct a recycling facility. In 1995 MDM sold the company and transferred all the permits to R3 and Yonkers Contracting Company. In 1996 MDM left R3, prior to completion of the PADEP Plan Approval and startup. The documents confirm during MDM's association the plant was in full compliance with the Plan Approval and Permit to Construct, all materials processed were treated to the applicable standards, and no emission violations occurred.
